Meal prep for the week

I finally get to meal prep for the week but I have to taste everything šŸ˜‚. I LOVE when I get to Meal PrepšŸ½, makes life so much easier!! Hereā€™s a pan-fried salmon served on a bed of fluffy, seasoned quinoa (made a pot). Cold lentil salad (it will last a few days then when the garlic gets strong Iā€™ll fry up that bad boy). Plus an avocado šŸ„‘ side salad. So satisfying!!
