Have Vision and LIVE

Where are you?
Is there vision where you are?

If in the place of no vision people perish and die, the opposite must be true…
Where there IS VISION people LIVE.

Vision = the ability to think about or plan for the future with imagination or wisdom.

What do you see VISIONARY?
Go beyond looking and move into seeing.
Go beyond sight and move into faith.
Go beyond your current reality and move into imagination.

What do you do naturally?

Ask two or three people that are close to you, “what do I do for you that comes naturally to me? Or what do you see me do for others that has value?”

What comes easily and naturally to you does not come easily and naturally to others!

Today I was told that I have a natural ability to interview, listen deeply and pull out great points. I’ve never appreciated this before. In fact, I felt this was an area I needed training on (I will still do this training but it’s also good to know your strengths).

Over the years I have learnt about listening and made a conscious effort to practice my listening skills when working with clients. In Interviewing and Training, these listening skills work really well. Intentional listening keeps things flowing in a natural way.

What are the things you do naturally that you don’t even recognise because it’s so simple and so obvious to you? That is actually something that you could offer to others OR train other people to do.

Endure, it will be worth it

Is this a trying and testing time for you right now?

The book of James in the Bible gives us a key to enduring testing and temptation… that key is to endure with patience.

It’s hard to be patient while going through testing and temptation. You want to be out of it already!! You want to get to the testimony part. You want to get thought it quickly not patiently. The tempo of patience feels slow.

Patient means – able to accept or tolerate delays, problems, or suffering without becoming annoyed or anxious.

These are challenging times but nothing has taken God by surprise. Let’s keep our hope up and our trust in Him. He’s got us. Let’s be patient through every test and temptation and we will receive every promise from God.

God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.

James 1:12 NLT

Don’t underestimate the power of listening

Some of the people you encounter haven’t had someone REALLY listen to them in a long time!

Everyone is busy doing life and concerned about themselves. So to find someone genuinely interested in another person is rare. Work on being that rare person.

Listen… not waiting for a pause so you can say what you want to say.

Listen… not reinventing what you hear and creating your own interpretation.

Listen… to the exact words a person is say. People usually say what they mean and if you tell them the exact words that said, if that’s not what they meant they’ll correct it.

Listen… listen long enough and you’ll heart a persons truth. Believe them.

This works for your nearest and dearest, complete strangers and everyone in between.

Practice true, deep, genuine Listening!

All the things you are and love can come together into your dream work

I had the rare opportunity to do some 121 Coaching in my office today. Met with a multi-dimensional, talented young lady. She shared her gifts, skills and vision with me and I was able to re-package her in a way she had never imagined. Here’s what she said:

“I just spent an hour with the wonderful Camelle Daley for a 1 to 1. What can I say, the session was inspiring and validating. It’s so reassuring to have someone who is living in “Divine Flow” to validate your vision and give you sound advice. Even just to say I can see where you are going, what you are trying to do, it’s coming together, it’s uniquely you, it’s workable and can do well. Starting small and being consistent can yield incredible results

There’s a word in the atmosphere about starting small. It can feel insignificant. What about “go big or go home”? If you only think big you could miss a powerful beginning.

3 Lessons from the ant:

  • They aren’t phased by their size,
  • They are hard workers and
  • They are strategic; working all summer to store up for the winter!

Don’t let your size or the size of your beginning define, phase or intimate you. Be diligent, work hard, be focused, Plan your work and work your plan!

Things take time so be Consistent!

  • Consistency builds strength,
  • Consistency builds confidence,
  • Consistency builds skill!

Start small. Be consistent. You’ll reap big results!

God is Imagining and Creating through you!

When God share His thoughts, sometimes it’s through the cinema of your mind… don’t dismiss it as crazy… pay attention!

I now see my thoughts as God’s tablet; where He downloads His dreams of me.

He doesn’t just create and show me, He creates through me!

Want to know if it’s God? Here’s my checklist:

  • Is it a good thing?
  • Is it true?
  • Is it honorable?
  • Is it just (approved of or acceptable of God)?
  • Is it pure?
  • Is it lovely, acceptable and pleasing?
  • Is it of good report, would good words be said of it?
  • Is there any virtue in it?
  • Is there any praise?
  • If you can say “yes” then you’re thinking on the right things. Keep going. Develop these thoughts into plans and do your research.

    • Have FAITH. Believe that you’re having a God ideas 💡.

    Your faith needs WORKS so take action!!

    God will ride on the back of your Divine Image-NATION (imagination)… that you take action on.

    Let’s dream and imagine with God!
